Important Announcements *Check out the new picnic shelter and grill behind the pool dome *Check out the new study area in the main building, new PC's, desks, lights, tables... *Ask Dana about our Referral Program, earn money towards your room by bringing in new residents *The lower building hot water issues have been resolved. A new system was installed (at over $16,000) and the piping changed to match the new system. In addition, a remote monitoring system has been added to monitor the temperature and automatically issue an alert in the system fails. *Internet access in the upper building had been slowing down due to deterioration of the wiring going to the building. A fiber backbone and new switches have been installed. *Because of increased utility costs, rent will be increased by $10 per month per room ($10 for singles—$5 each for doubles). *To keep down the number of non-residents parking in the resident parking areas, parking passes will be issued this fall. You must have a parking pass on your bumper to park in the resident parking area. |
